Sage Mathew

"Fr. Saji K. Mathew is a lecturer in Human Resource Management and Leadership at Curtin Business School Perth WA, and a Fellow of Higher Education Academy, U.K.

He obtained his PhD from Swinburne Uni of Technology, Melbourne Australia in 2011. He also possesses a post graduate qualification in Human Resource Management from CQ Uni Australia; Master of Science in Zoology from Barkatullah Uni, Bhopal, India, and a Bachelor of Teaching degree from National Open Uni, India.

Father Mathew was ordained as a priest of the Indian Orthodox Church in 1997 after completing his theological studies at the Orthodox Theological Seminary, Kottayam, Kerala, India. Ever since, he served as a parish

priest in the Diocese of Kolkata, India serving in various north and north-east Indian cities. During this period, he also served as the Manager and Principal of Senior Secondary schools operated by the church.

Fr Mathew arrived in Australia in 2005. After completing his PhD, he taught at Swinburne and CQ Universities in Melbourne, University of South Australia in Adelaide, and RMIT Uni in Vietnam.

He was actively involved in the church activities in Melbourne and Adelaide and served as one of the founding vicars of St George Indian Orthodox Church Perth.

Fr Mathew is married and have two children.

Father research works in Human Resource Management are published in various international journals and conferences. His spiritual writings are mostly in the form of blogs which could be accessed through Fr Dr Saji K Mathew (wordington.org)"
